Talents:

Koron acquired an innate ability to persuade anything to his point of view, whether it be animal or person. He mainly uses this to obtain samples of whatever he might need. He uses this talent by talking gently and mesmerizing the listener with the soft rattling of his tail. Occasionally a passing female has fallen victim to his sweet-talking.

The majority of Koron’s experiments end in some type of explosion; whether it aids or hurts the product is unknown. He enjoys mixing different substances to observe and record the effects. As a chemist, he works on creating both positive and negative mixtures.

Koron loves all animals and enjoys studying them. When taking any ingredient he might need for his research, he does so gently and without disturbing the animal. He’ll oftentimes care for injured animals and cure their maladies. When you can’t find him in the lab, you can find him out on the side of the Crysalis Mountains or the Sunaru Forest mingling with the wildlife.

Personality:

Koron seems coarse and distant when first approached, but he is secretly a very caring creature. Yet, he does not wear his emotions on his sleeve. He does not enjoy hugs. He becomes quite tongue-tied when it comes to love. His attitude towards other people remains cold until they show him that they have purpose for taking up his time.

Once he makes a friend, however, he remains loyal to them for the rest of his life. Koron is extremely loyal to his country and oftentimes creates new designs and handy substances for their use. He possesses excellent intuition.

He spends most of his personal time working on cures and poisons, or curling up with a mug of hot tea and his research. He can also be very possessive of his belongings.

Koron is very OCD when it comes to organizing his materials. While there might be papers and research scattered all about the house, his samples and herbs collected are placed very systematically in a room filled with jars. In the room, there are a good amount of shelves on the wall, which are covered with jars and boxes. Each are labeled according to what they hold. Koron knows where any item is at any given time.

History:

Since he was born, Koron lived together with his parents in the Sapphire City of Lumeria.

Koron’s father died from abusing his magic when Koron was five years old. Since then, Koron has refused to use any magic, instead, using chemistry and his research to look for a path that negates the negative impact of magic. Though it seems a useless project, he strives for it nonetheless.

The first scientist in a long line of warriors, Koron was somewhat regarded as an outsider to his family. His mother loved him, but was stunned when he announced his life path at eight years old. His mother and uncle took him to another scientist and asked her to take him under her wing. This is when he met Velspa, a fiery Qilin with a knack for interesting concoctions.

Under her guidance, Koron learned how to gather ingredients, whether from rock, animal, or plant, how to measure and mix the substances, and how to apply the substances for good or evil. Velspa discouraged his interest in prolonging life, knowing that it was pointless. Upset, Koron left his teacher at the age of eighteen and continued to pursue his interests.

Since Koron was a child, he was enthralled with the stories of Myrvain and its majestic creatures. Convinced that one of these creatures held to the key to eternal life, or at least a cure to magic’s side effects, Koron began his research and quest to find the lost book ‘The Field Journal of Pereginans’ and the physical Myrvain.

He now resides by himself near the edge of the Crysalis Mountains.

Additional Info:

He lost his wings in a experimental accident when he was ten years old.

His tail rattles when he is angry, or extremely pleased.

He wears his lab coats out until they are ratty , full of holes, and covered in chemicals.

He lazily drags his tail on the ground alot of the time, resulting in scratches and rashes.

Any outfit he wears (besides his lab coat), must have fur on it.

Koron stands at 6 feet 2 inches.

If Koron was to be voiced by any actor, his voice would be David Bowie as Jareth, from Labyrinth.

He has a Lumerian dream snake named Sovi. She's very finicky and likes to preen both herself and Koron.

Relationships:

Koron has recently found feelings in himself for a beautiful hellhound named EkunaLani ( to which he adoringly gave the nickname Ekky). Ekky is his soft spot and possibly a weakness if anybody wanted to control him. He loves her cooking and energy. He also enjoys sitting and listening to her play music.

Omg I love his design :'D!! I wish Crissy could visit Lumeria to get to know him, but he can't ;v; I'd love to RP, does he ever visit the other three countries?
